CAN I SHOP FOR MY BEEF IN PERSON?

Absolutely! Our beef is stored in a walk-in freezer on the farm. You can schedule an appointment with us to visit the farm and personally select the cuts of beef you want to purchase on the spot.

HOW DOES THE ORDERING PROCESS WORK?

You can place your beef order online or over the phone, or if you prefer you can build your order when you visit the farm. We offer four options: local farm pick up, local delivery near the farm, Kentucky shipping, and out-of-state shipping.

 

Farm Pick-Up. Orders are available for farm pick-up the next day. We just need to know when you plan to arrive so we can be there. Please call or text (859) 707-7004.

 

Local Delivery Near the Farm. We deliver to the following counties and cities: Bourbon, Fayette, Clark, Jessamine, Montgomery, Nicholas, City of Georgetown, City of Versailles, and City of Cynthiana. Delivery fee is $25 for all orders under $175.

 

Kentucky Shipping. We offer overnight shipping throughout Kentucky. We ship Monday through Wednesday. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

 

Out-Of-State Shipping. We offer overnight ground, 2 day ground, or 2 day air shipping depending on the destination; we serve nearly every destination within the continental U.S.

When we sort your order to be delivered or shipped, we will text you a photo of the items in your order. If you have any questions, please contact us immediately so you get exactly what you want.

WHAT IF I WON’T BE HOME WHEN MY BEEF IS BEING DELIVERED?

If you are not going to be home, you can leave a cooler and one of our team members will send you a photo of the beef when it is delivered.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards for online purchases. For farm pick up or deliveries, we accept all major credit cards, cash and checks.

WHAT MAKES DRY-AGED BEEF DIFFERENT?

Ingredients matter. Dry-aged beef is hung in a cooler with air circulating for a period of time. We age our beef for a minimum of 24 days. During the aging period, moisture evaporates while connective tissue breaks down, concentrating flavor and tenderness. Dry-aged beef is easily recognizable in comparison to typical store-bought beef by its color. Our beef has a rich, naturally dark color, whereas grocery stores use food coloring to maintain the red color, which quickly turns brown once you get it home. Noche Linda Farms beef NEVER has coloring agents added.

HOW LONG WILL MY BEEF KEEP?

All of our beef is vacuum sealed at the time of processing and frozen to -5 degrees to preserve freshness. Properly stored in a good freezer it should be good up to 3 years.

DO WE OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes! You can purchase electronic gift cards in any denomination that can be used in person or online by clicking here. If you need a plastic card to give someone in person, call/text us at (859) 707-7004 or email us at
[email protected]. We will take your information and mail or deliver you a plastic card that can also be used online or in person.

HOW DOES THE LOYALTY PROGRAM WORK?

Each dollar you spend will earn you 1 point.

Points can be used to redeem eligible items at checkout.

Sign up at checkout on the website or call/text (859) 707-7004.

 

To use your points:

Look for “select a reward” or “view rewards” at checkout. Your points balance also will appear.

  • If “select a reward” appears at checkout, your cart contains at least one item that is eligible and you have enough points to redeem that item(s). Select the item you wish to redeem and the cost of your cart will be updated, along with your Loyalty Rewards points balance.
  • If “view rewards” appears at checkout, a list of eligible items will appear with the points needed to redeem each item. Depending on your points balance, you can edit your cart, add an item, and return to checkout. You will now see “select a reward” and will be able to redeem that item.
  • Online orders limit loyalty redemptions to 1 item per order. However, you can redeem all your points by calling, texting, or emailing us. We can override this limitation.

 

You can also view your rewards history and balance with Cash App.

  • Go to the AppStore. Search and download Cash App and enroll.
  • Within a few minutes, your Noche Linda Farms Loyalty should sync allowing you to view your current points and your Loyalty Rewards history.
  • You can always call, text, or email us to learn your Loyalty Rewards points balance.
