We specialize in all natural beef in the heart of Bourbon County, Kentucky. Our Angus and Hereford steers are born and raised exclusively on our family farm. Our cattle are pasture finished using our special blend of local grains, then dry-aged for 24 days. Our cattle are humanely raised to the highest standard without steroids, hormones, and antibiotics. We are a Kentucky Proud Partner. Buying Kentucky Proud beef not only provides safe and nutritious food for your family, but is also an investment in Kentucky’s land, people and future. All our meat is USDA inspected, dry-aged for 24 days, vacuum packaged, and frozen for freshness to negative five degrees. Properly stored, our products will last 2 to 3 years.
