Please read! I have sourced beef from some of the most prestigious beef suppliers in the country. Places like Snake River Farms where the French Laundry sources their beef, to American Akaushi Waygu, which are all very good. However, if you haven't tried this local beef you are missing out. Absolutely some of the best beef I've ever had, period. For the price and service, you will not find better beef. Do yourself a favor and try it. Support a local farm.
This is a great producer of high quality beef. Plus, it’s a local KY business. Everything I’ve ordered from them has been great and I honestly have to say it’s the best burger I’ve ever put in my mouth. The customer service is second to none. Toured Noche Linda Farms with owner Steve Grissom. Learned how Noche Linda beef differs from other beef. Bought several cuts of vacuum packed beef, and ground beef. The taste is amazing! Salt and pepper seasoning is all that is needed! So much flavor! Even the ground beef is flavored up at a new level. High quality, affordable, locally produced.
Some of the most amazing beef we've ever eaten! We started with a 1/4 cow and have since purchased 1/2 cow. My kids adore seeing the farm when we pick up our beef (we are local and prefer pickup over delivery!). The whole process is so easy! I will never go back to grocery store beef again; there is no comparison! We've converted several of our friends and family because the beef is SO GOOD!
